Frodo is buggered, Sauron's gone 21st Century |
The laser is a deuterium fluoride beam, which operates on such a wavelength to deliver intense heat for up to 5 km. Upon detecting a launched threat, the system’s radar identifies and tracks the target, while the laser precisely lases the target to destruction. This was designed and paid for by the nation of Israel using jewgold and is primarily for efficiently targeting and destroying rockets and missiles fired by groups parked on the other side. However get enough of them and they can take down planes and proper big boy missiles, a lot like Tesla coils farms vs mammoth tanks in C&C Red Alert.
Wow the stuff they come up with, if they put half as much effort into stopping war instead of building the junk there would be no need for it.

The way they come up with all kinds of weaponry, makes progress step back a few steps each time. Things could have been better without!

I want one of these as well. I'll even mortgage my house to buy one of these baby's. Then I can dare my neighbors to say a word to me about my dog barking.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Anne, I need me one of those too for daily purposes! And plus the zombie apocalypse is on our doorsteps....
ReplyDeleteLol @ what Anne said.
