Twisting my melon man..

After initial rumours were denied, Manchester rock band  Happy Mondays have announced that they will indeed be reuniting their original lineup, according to a statement obtained by The Quietus. Their reunion will mark the first time brothers Shaun and Paul Ryder have played together since 2000.

90's was soooo cool

24 year party people

"The rumours are true," the statement said. "Happy Mondays, the seminal Manchester band who changed musical culture forever has reformed and will be available for select live gigs across 2012."

Promoting rave culture and getting totally smashed off your face on a regular basis Happy Mondays were part of the massive scene coming out of the U.K in the 90's. It seems after the success of the Stone Roses reunion its now the turn of this Manchester band to take a turn and milk the fans.

Just makes you think, at the moment every things getting reimagined, reformed, remastered and prequel'd to death. I mean dubstep aint exactly a new sound its just muffed up d and b, Emo's the new mod(brit scene kid in the 60's) Even Conan got done i mean Conan srsly?? It wasnt a terrible film don't get me wrong but how do you improve on Arnold? It'd be like re do'ing Home Alone, Cheech and Chong, Back to the Future(Zac Teflon does actually want to do this, so do expect this) or The Goonies , I swear these ceo's signing this stuff off should be tied down and forced to listen/watch it then maybe they'd stop.

And now its the Sex and the City prequel

& as for the other bit,I'm totes with you & I won't watch Conan, don't wanna spoil the original, you can't top it in my books & to remake Cheech & Chong and The Goonies would be pure sacrilege lol . . . You can't improve on Perfection ;)

  3. I would actually like to see, not a remake, but a rehash of the live action Turtles movies!

  4. It's true, everything is a remake of everything else, it's all been done before. History has a habit of repeating itself.

a new 'half baked' though and I'm going to the theater at least three times.
